Meet Frank

I was born and raised in Louisiana and joined the United States Air Force shortly after high school where I learned the values of discipline, integrity, and service. After completing my enlistment, I transitioned into civilian life and spent several years working in security, investigations, and loss prevention. Those experiences deepened my understanding of human behavior and personal accountability.

Over time I discovered a deeper calling to help others heal and grow beyond trauma. That passion led me to pursue advanced degrees in social psychology and mental health counseling, eventually earning my license as an Associate Behavioral Health Counselor. My work has ranged from supporting individuals and families through crisis and addiction to facilitating therapy for both adolescents and adults navigating complex behavioral challenges.

Today I combine my background in criminal justice, investigation, and mental health to provide a holistic approach to counseling that is rooted in empathy, accountability, and empowerment. My goal is to help others find resilience, rebuild trust in themselves, and create lasting change in their lives.
