Individual Therapy

Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy or counseling, is a form of mental health treatment in which a trained therapist works one-on-one with a client to address and manage emotional, psychological, or behavioral issues. 

Intake Assessment: $220

Individual Session: $180

Couples Counseling

Couples therapy, also called marriage or relationship counseling, is a type of psychotherapy where a trained therapist helps a couple address and work through relationship challenges, improve communication, and enhance their communication.

Intake Assessment: $220

Individual Session: $200

Intern Rates

Triumph and Transcend is an approved internship site, we we have masters level clinicians that can provide the services above at a reduced rate. They are a supervised by a licensed clinician via weekly individual supervision. 

Intake Assessment: $60

Individual Session: $45

Couples Session: $55

At Triumph and Transcend, we strive to provide affordable and accessible therapy services to all of our clients. We believe that everyone should have access to quality therapy and we are committed to making that a reality. Our transparent pricing per service helps our clients to plan and budget for their sessions with ease. 

Please keep in mind that the prices you see on this page are for folks that will not be using their insurance benefits and are choosing to pay out of pocket. 

If you are using insurance, pricing per service will vary based on the carrier. We are able to provide you an estimate of what your copay/coinsurance will be before your scheduled appointment.

If your insurance is not listed above we are considered an "out-of-network" provider. We will provide you with a superbill if your would like to use out-of-network benefits.

Accepted Forms of Payment

  • We require a credit card to be kept on file to process payments. Our integrated and secure system uses Stripe, which can accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.
